Responsiveness, friendliness, and transparency by on-site management, timely maintenance, and access to an on-demand resident portal to log requests, deal with admin tasks, and view lease documents easily. Keeping up to date on events and booking amenities are also easily managed via the resident portal.To deliver an exceptional customer journey, the team prioritises social cohesion by ensuring clear-cut communication and a resident events programme. In turn, this reduces anti-social behaviour and positively impacts the surrounding neighbourhood - creating an environment where people want to live.
We offer bespoke leasehold and commercial building management, including lease reviews, budgeting, ground rent collection and reviews, long- and short-term maintenance plans, contract tendering, opening and administering bank accounts, preparing and distributing service charge budgets/estimates, collecting service charges, accounting for service charges before examination by an independent accountant, providing information to auditors for the production of annual accounts, collecting routine service charge arrears but not taking further action requiring legal work or appearance at First-tier Tribunals (FTTs).
